How it works
Setup takes a couple of minutes and needs nothing installed on your site. What follows is a loop: measure, find the gap, publish, measure again.
Create an account
Free, no card, about thirty seconds.
Onboarding walks you through your first project. Nothing to install, no tracking pixel, no access to your site required — this runs entirely from the outside.
Add your domain
The site you want to track, plus any brand names it goes by.
Brand aliases matter more than people expect. AI often names a company without linking to it, so we detect mentions of the brand as well as citations of the domain. You can run several domains as separate projects.
Define your prompts
The questions your buyers actually ask an AI assistant.
You do not have to invent them from scratch — we analyse your domain and suggest prompts you can edit or replace. The prompts that matter are the commercial ones: "best X for Y", "alternatives to Z", "is X any good".
Run the tracking
The same questions go to every engine on your plan.
Perplexity, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Claude each get the identical prompt. We record whether your domain is cited, in what position, which competitors appear alongside you, and what the answer implies about your brand. Results arrive within minutes.
Find the gaps and act on them
The prompts you are missing from become a content plan.
Citation gap analysis lists the prompts where AI answers without you and names who it cites instead. Segment Radar groups those into topics. From there the article pipeline researches, drafts, fact-checks and scores a piece aimed at a specific gap, and can publish it straight to WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix or a webhook.
Measure again
Scheduled runs tell you whether any of it worked.
Set daily, weekly or monthly tracking with email reports. Visibility Score and Share of Voice are tracked over time, and alerts fire when the number moves sharply — so you hear it from us rather than from your CEO.
What happens behind the scenes
Querying the engines
Prompts go directly to each provider’s API — Perplexity Sonar Pro, the OpenAI Responses API, Serper for Google AI Overviews, the Google Gemini API and the Anthropic Claude API. Each engine is asked in the language you configure, because answers differ by market.
Citation analysis
Every URL in an answer is extracted and normalised, then checked against your domain and your competitors. We record position within the answer, and classify the source type so you can see whether AI trusts your own site, a directory, or a review platform.
Scoring
Visibility Score is the share of tracked prompts where an engine cited you. Share of Voice compares your citations against named competitors. Both are computed per engine and in aggregate, so a strong Perplexity result cannot hide a weak AI Overviews one.
Sentiment and alerts
Being mentioned is not the same as being recommended. Sentiment analysis labels how the answer talks about you and which aspects drive it. After every run we compare against the previous one and alert on sharp moves.
